— Screw Compressor Service

Fix nothing. Prevent everything.

Scheduled diagnostics, documented results, and service windows built around your production — not ours.

/ Three Service Disciplines

Planned over reactive, every time

PHOX service engagements are structured to surface wear patterns before they become failures. Three disciplines, one integrated program.

Catch wear before it costs you

Scheduled around your production window

Every visit leaves a paper trail

Vibration analysis, oil sampling, and pressure curve mapping identify bearing fatigue and valve degradation before a stoppage.

Service visits are booked at intervals that match your compressor's duty cycle and your facility's shift schedule — not a generic calendar.

Parts replaced, tolerances recorded, next service window confirmed. The report ships with the invoice — no verbal summaries, no guesswork.

The Service Process

From first call to signed report

Step 1 — Assess

You contact the parts desk with your compressor model and current symptoms. We confirm service eligibility and book a diagnostic window within your operating schedule.

Step 2 — Diagnose

On-site diagnostics cover rotor clearances, bearing condition, oil quality, and pressure differential across each stage. Findings are recorded against OEM tolerances.

Step 3 — Service

Required parts are pulled from stock and replaced to spec. No sourcing delays — components for the most common screw compressor models are on-hand, not on order.

Step 4 — Document

A full service report — parts replaced, torque specs confirmed, next recommended interval — is issued before the technician leaves the site.

Book before the next shift change

The parts desk confirms availability and books your service window the same day. No waiting on quotes that take a week to arrive.
